POSC 489- Sustainable Poultry Production
Introduction to sustainability from a poultry-focused perspective, covering management practices, environmental impacts, resource use, animal welfare, ethics, and economic aspects of sustainable poultry production.

POSC 607: Gut Microbiome: Impact on Poultry Hosts and Modulation Strategies
Covers themes such as the impact of gut microbiome on host physiology, health, and disease. Students gain hands-on experience in bioinformatics analysis, as well as the presentation and interpretation of microbiome datasets.
